Our specially-trained coaches will take you on an 8-week journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, workouts, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. But more than that--we're moms, too. We understand your challenges and we can help you overcome them.
Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or just do something good for your body and your mind, our coaches will help you meet your specific goals in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Transformation Group receives:
- 2 Workouts per week in a small group format

- Supplemental at home video workouts
This class is for moms only, no children. It is recommended that you
be at least 4 months postpartum before beginning this program.
Cancellation Policy: Purchase
of a Body Back session is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you
are unable to make a class your instructor will provide an at home
workout. If space allows you may take up to 2 make up classes during the
same session. Make ups are no charge if completed at another class of a
full 8-week session.
